Required Notice Period
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the day of your scheduled check-in.
Timing of Cancellations
Please be aware that the day before you are booked to arrive is considered too late to cancel your booking under our 24-hour notice requirement.
Cancellation Fees
In the event that you must cancel your reservation on the day before your booked arrival or later, the following will apply:
- Your credit card will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 night’s accommodation.
